Written by our director Brie Simons, the Simply Modified cookbook features wholefood and plant-rich recipes, specific to adults with dysphagia. It is for lovers of good food, including people with disabilities, their carers, family members, friends and health staff. Thoughtfully created for use with the IDDSI (International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative) framework.

The SPEAK OUT! Therapy Program, developed by Parkinson Voice Project, helps people with Parkinson’s and related neurological disorders regain and retain their speech and swallowing. This highly effective, evidence-based treatment combines education, individual and group speech therapy, daily home practice, and continuous follow-ups. Patients are empowered to “speak with INTENT,” transitioning speech from an automatic function to an intentional act.

With Network Speech Pathology, clients are now able to access an experienced clinician for regular sessions.
